“I will kill you if you touch me,” she promised softly.
But he did not slow his step. He was close enough to smell her scent and instantly it branded upon his synapses, and he knew that he would always find her no matter where she went or what happened in their lives. Whether she liked it or not, they were linked by fate — something neither one of them could stop nor change. And the fate of his clan rested on his ability to put a pup in her belly. He quickly untied the knot holding her to the chair and stepped away as she sprang free, snarling and hissing like a wet cat. A slow smile spread across his lips as a wild arc of lust pounded through his veins and centuries of tradition and lineage clicked into play.

Loved the story great read. One that I would recommend to those who like shifter romance. Enjoyed it very much.
I loved this story, the paranormal elements and especially all the sexy parts. I love an Alpha man and Kenyon fit the bill. I just wish this story was longer. I wasn't ready for the end yet...lol I give this book my thumbs up!
I received this as a free read and enjoyed the quick read about Sasha and Kenyon. I like stories with a definite Alpha and this didn't disappoint. There are a few spelling errors but all in all a good read for the evening.
First, I have to say that paranormal fiction is not my genre of choice. However, I felt this story, although very short, was well-written. A nice happily ever after.
This was a short story but I felt connected to the characters right from the start. I am a sucker for a love story no matter what the characters may be. Just started to read Alexx's books but I know I will be back for all of her books. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
I have real mixed emotions about this story. First I will say that it is quite short, but well written. This is a tad of a spoiler It starts out as rape and then she grows to love him in the space of a few hours. The rape concept I have a real problem with, however, it is a paranormal story and it explains why this is "necessary". I guess that's why I have such mixed emotions...
This was a story about a wolf shifter and an ian woman finding love. This was a really sexy read that will leave you panting for more. The only thing that I didn't really like was that she harbored 8 years of hate towards Kenyan and in ONE night she was all of a sudden forgiving him I just couldn't see how she could just let that much hate go just like that! Other than that I really enjoyed this read which is my first by this author and I am looking forward to discovering more from this author!
